Windows shaking forms

When you have an application with multiple skinned windows if you hold a form by the title and shake it (am on windows 10), the other forms are minimized but their frames remain on the screen with an empty area inside.

I need you help. I'm trying to repeat it under Win 10 x64, but it's not repeated in the my test-application.
