Unable to create directory

Sorry, but I am unable to install the latest version, and, after trying the previous one, I have not been able to.

The mistake is:

[MakeDir Error] Unable to create directory “. \ Win32 \ Release \”. Access to the path ‘. \ Win32 \ Release \’ is denied.

Release and debug already exist and they are also in library path.

Hello!
Maybe you should specify correct rights for directory with components (with subdirectories)?
