TV-b skin has too dark program title

This is the program title for TV-b skin when the program does not have focus:

[attachment=8929:DarkTitle1.jpg]

This is the same program title for Material Dark:

[attachment=8930:DarkTitle2.jpg]

As you can see, the TV-b skin becomes unreadable when the program doesn't have focus.

The title is stored in the TSkinProvider.AddedTitle.

(The same is true for the custom skin TV-c)
