Hello.
I use Embarcadero XE3 c++ width alpha skin 11.21 (AC package with sources lifetime license).
put a TsTrackBar (trHorizontal) into form
Change BarOffsetV property to 30
Run the application and try (if you can) to catch the cursor!
Now if you change BarOffsetH property to 50, you can see the right part of the trackbar is 'out of the control'.
