The AllowMouseWheel property does not seem to do what I think it should do.
If you disable it, and have focus on the control you can spin the mouse wheel and the selected skin changes based on the wheel action.
Can you clarify what the property action is suppose to be?
This can be duplicated in your demo by changing the AllowMouseWhee property to False.
Using v11.23.
