Hi there,
when a TsScrollbar is placed on a form and TsScrollbar.Min:=0 and TsScrollbar.Max:=0 then the slider is misplaced. This is very easy to reproduce, just pick e.g. “Cold” skin and an empty form, put a TsScrollbar on it and set Min and Max both to zero. It is already visible in the form designer and also at runtime.
