Run this test project and do the following:
Decrease the form width until the Next/Prev buttons appear.
Increase the form width again until the Next/Prev buttons disappear.
Click the tab labelled “A” followed by Tab “B”.
You end up with the picture below: Next/Prev buttons show again, but they are just hiding tab “C”.

The bug seems to be in procedure TsPageControl.CheckUpDown;

I reverted the code to previous version and the ghost buttons are gone.
