Using AlphaSkins v8.16 with Delphi2010

I've come across a couple of minor issues with TsLabelFX with 3 skins under specific circumstances.

The problem occurs when the the TsLabelFX component is placed ontop of a panel with the skin section on the panel set to “PANEL_LOW”

The 3 skins that I've noticed the issue on are Black Box, Terminal4Bit and Vienna Ext.

And here's an image of a skin (below) with no issues as a comparison.

Hello!

This effect exists because optimizing of drawing used in some skins, background just is filled by color in some cases.

I will try to change it, but in the Beta version only, because some basic procedure should be changed.
