TsGauge animation is freeze

    If to move form, or hide/show then TsGauge animation will stops, just freeze.
    This effect can be seen in AlphaControls Demo v16.23 (previous versions the same).

    FYI: there is some regress
    see attached screenshot
    That white background is since version v16.17,
    but the damaged font (in ComboBox, Arc) since long time.
    This caused by form Bluring.

    Which Delphi version was used? And tell a version of the Windows OS, please.

    No, I didn’t touch or recompile.
    Windows 7

    Just tried to run on a virtual machine VMWare with the Windows 7 x64, same issue.
