I'm trying to use the component TsFrameBar, and I cant, the Help does not help and did not find examples of code for implementation.

Examples of using this component you can find here and here.
Also you can use TacScrollPanel component from the ACExtra package. This control have similar behaviour, but is easier (not uses a frames, only panels which may be designed in design-time).
