TsDBText could use a BoundLabel

    I've come across this a couple of times already.

    In forms, in which certain or all fields are shown as TsDBText, it is not possible to show them with a BoundLabel.

    But TsDBText controls serve a role different from TsLabel: the info changes with each record and therefore the control is more akin to an Edit field than it is to a Label field. It stands to reason that a BoundLabel, showing the meaning of the field, is quite nice to have.
