TsButton visibly not disabled when using TntUnicode

Hi Serge,

When sSkinManager is not present (or when Active := false) the TsButtons are not visibly disabled when their Enabled property is set to false.

This only occurs when using TntUnicode (enabled in sDefs.inc).

With TntUnicode enabled…(TsButton is visually incorrect)
