Hi programmers,

I've just figured out, why TsAlphaImageList and TsBitBtn did “not work together”.

Earlier I've used a normal ImageList, and the icons showed well on BitButtons. After tried the new AlphaImageList, no picture showed on the button.

When I have saved the PNG file, I've checked the “Save Transparent Color” at Irfanview, but did not help.

Solution:

1. I've upgraded IrfanView from 4.00 to newest 4.33

2. and voala > a new opcion appeared at “save as…” > PNG > Options dialog panel:

– “Save transparent color as Alpha channel“

OR

If you are using PNGOUT plugin:

– There's an extra “options” button next to “Use PNGOUT plugin” >

change Color Type > from “Auto” to “RGB+Alpha“.
