Do you have a tool to convert an old master.BMP file to a new master.PNG while keeping the alpha channel?

You can just convert it to the Png24 using the Photoshop or something similar.

I won’t have the alpha channel that way.

Why? Png24 format has the alpha-channel.
All skins has images in the Png24 format now.

I’ve attached 2 images describing what I have (oldalpha) and what it should become (newalpha).

Note that it shouldn’t be bigger. Only that the mask from the oldalpha be merge into the alpha channel of the png.

I understand, thank you. Sorry, there is no special tool for this transformation.
You can do it manually only, as you did it already in NewAlpha.png..

    Ok, thanks.

Modernizing all skins must have been a pain for you!
I always wondered how you manage to keep up with all those skins.
I only have 1 and it is quite a job to modify it.
