Some of us have a problem with visible flicker when opening forms other than the main form. Especially with the TV-b (internal) skin, you'll often see a white background before the form is finally shown. Here's a simple trick to avoid this:
Set sSkinManager -> AnimEffects -> FormShow -> Active to True, while leaving the Time property set to 0.
That's it, the flicker is gone completely.
