the sString.res in ResSimplifiedChinese and ResTraditionalChinese is incorrect.
The Chinese is garbled.

And I made a correct file here,you can use this to replace your sString.res in ResSimplifiedChinese.
I have tried to ensure there are no errors

I only modified the sString.res.It works well.
The Chinese chars in sString.rc is correct by ANSI.But I don't know the correct value the “LANGUAGE LANG_ENGLISH,0” in sString.rc is.Maybe this should be “LANGUAGE LANG_SimplifiedChinese,number”.But I can't sure.
