srStdForms to skin 3rd party controls?

Is it a bug that I have to set BOTH srStdForms := true and srThirdParty := true to make 3rd party controls skinnable?

When I set one of them to := false then only AlphaControls gets skinned.

Skinning of third party controls is possible is possible only if form is skinned.

Only controls from the AlphaControls package may be skinned separately.
