Skin FM not refresh

With AlphaSkin version higer then 10.24 I have problem with skin “FM”. When creating frame in realtime not all components like sPanel are visible. I have to maximazie main Form to repaint all components on the frame.

As a quick solution, you can enable the TsSkinManager.Effects.AllowOuterEffects property.
