screw resource not found

Hello,

I downloaded lastest stable version v11.20(23.11.2016).

At the end of installation when installing packages, The message “screw resource not found” appears.

Installing on Builder c++ XE3, and Builder c++ BCB6, same message!

Edit: I have the AC package with sources lifetime license
