Hi

I have a BCB 2007 app and Alpha Controls Options->ScaleMode is set to smAuto.

The problem happens when the user’s PC has a Scale of greater than 100%

The forms all scale nicely, but any frames created dynamically at runtime and placed on them don’t scale but stay the same size.

The screenshots show the left hand panels changing in size but the right hand frame is unchanged.

The frame has a frame adaptor on it.

Is there anything I can do about this, other than redesign the screen to not use a frame?

One of my testers reports that on his very high resolution screen, where he scales the fonts by 300%, the text in the frame is too small to see…

Studio 2007 had first tries of scaling support, these tries were not very successful.
Can you send me an example project, please? I will try to search a workaround there.

I will try to create a small project and send to you. It’ll probably be next week as I’m tied up with a software release this week.

I refactored my form to not use a frame, and it is now scaling ok.
