Pull Down Arrow not visible in some skins

    The topic about this was already locked, so I have to reopen it in a new topic.

    Some skins will not show the pull down arrow in a TsDBLookupComboBox.

    Sometimes only the background shows: Graphite and Neutral3, sometimes there is nothing: Notes Leather and Spring Willow.

    Tested it with AC 9.13
