Hi

I have a problem with versions 6.45 and 6.47 and full screen app.

The problem is simple, when you have a blank form with BorderStyle = bsNone and WindowState = wsMaximized, the form should open full screen and it must open over the windows menu bar (the one with start button), hiding the windows bar and having the form full screen, but with this new versions the form opens and doesn´t hide the windows bar.

The normal behaviour is to hide the windows bar and ealier versions of the library used to work well

If I disable the skin, it works fine

I´m using Delphi 2010 and Windows Vista

I tested the version 6.50 and the bug with the full screen is actually fixed

But there are some more problems that I found (I had this problems with the previous version too), I have attached a sample, when I change from normal screen to full screen, some parts of the software doesn´t receive the update (Specifically in the top) and stays with a blank bar (don´t know why), I have attached some screenshots and a demo program so you can test.

I´m using Delphi 2010 and AC 6.50

Also, I have notices that my software when running in Windows 7 has an ugly flickering when opening forms, when the form is opened, it opens totally blank and than, it is updated with the form content, but this just happen in Windows 7, Vista and XP is normal
