Problem with component based on TsRoundBtn

The picture below is of two TsRoundBtn's:

The top one is a TsRoundBtn containing an element of an ImageList,

The bottom one is a component of my own, which should look identical. And it did look identical in AC 12.06. But now in 12.07 the image is gone.

This is the source of the component, which is based on TsRoundBtn:

[attachment=8281:sHelpBtn.zip]

Although the image is loaded, it is not shown.
