Popupmenu incorrect skinning and flickering issues

    I’m testing AC 16.23 with Delphi 11 (Alexandria) on Windows 11 and found out these kind of issues:
    – There is a white border on SubMenu
    – The submenu is flickering after the first draw

    This error has not been fixed yet. Can anyone tell me where to modify this thing? I have the source code
