OnCellClick fired when click on ScrollBar (TDBGrid)

I found a very strange bug in the DBGrid. I put it in the ThirdParty section (TDBGrid->Grid) to skinning its ScrollBar. So, when I click in the UP Button of ScrollBar the OnCellClick event of TDBGrid is fired. I attached the project and a image for better visualization. Thank you.

Hello and thank you for the demo.

I see an issue, but I have no idea now how to fix it. Cursor position calculating is incorrect there seems.

I will think how to resolve the issue.
