Upgraded to newest version. Since than: MainMenu topmost line not showing.

Only, if I move mouse over, it is drawing the text-rectangles on by one.

This happens

– only on Win7 32 and 64 systems. (tested 3 mashines)

– only when skinned

– when pressing [Alt] key >> repainting fine

* Under my old XP developer mashine and other XPs it's working fine.

* A year ago at version 2013.07 everything worked fine !

* whether TImageList attached or not >> same result

* tried without ScaleBy … >> same result

* upgraded skin with editor >> same result

Please help me to fix this urgently!

With New beta (9.13 b646) seems to have no problem any more … will test it more in 2 days.
