Main form looses caption

In this project I cannot get the form's caption right.

If in the sTitleBar I set ShowCaption to True, I get both the form's and the AddedTitle text.

If I set ShowCaption to False, I do not get any caption.

If I set the Form's Caption to empty, I do not get a text on the Windows Taskbar.
