How works property ResizeMode in TsSkinProvider?

    Hi!

    I've problem with resize mode as rmBorder – it's no works :-(.

    Alpha Controls 10.24

    Delphi 2005 Personal / Delphi 10 Seattle Architect Trial.

    Windows 10 (on Windows 8 is same error)

    I did tests on different computers – same error.

    In attach is sample program.

    Hello

    This technology of form resizing is not working in lastest versions of Windows system. So, property is obsolete and exists for backward compatibility with old projects only.
