How to save the modified style in ASkin Editor?

How to save the modified style in ASkin Editor?

Where and how to poke? Click on save, create a folder and all

I downloaded a skin, not what has changed

You should open the “Options” window and specify a path where compressed skins will be saved, look the screenshot.
