how to add transparent icon ?

I want to add transparant icon at button and other controls when attached at timagelist icon already shows transparant ..

but at control it show black as the background..

any idea on how to make it transparant ?

ok i got it now.. it have to use talphaimagelist .. just ignore my question please.. ty
