Hello!
Please describe, how can I see a problem in your demo.
The grid is scrolled, but no visual problem there.
Without skins this problem may be repeated too?

yes the problem wasn't caused by the skin actually after all I solved the problem by adding some extra lines when OnTopLeftChanged event triggers anyway thanx a lot for your help 🙂
