I have the idea from here:

Currently,without AC, a delphi 2009+ application can have such “glass” effect,but only on the form – not on TFrameBar,Panel,Buttons etc.
Can you add such support in TsFrameBar,TsPanel,TsButton and all other OR create such skin?

The idea is that everything has “glass effect” and that every control has an align of specific color – white for example.

But I'm not russian,I don't understand what is written there and that discussion is from 2007-2008.
Is it possible,any plans in future? Please give more information.

It may be possible with AC7. Support says that it will be ready in a few month.
