I was looking into AlphaControls to use on some of our products as the user interface changes are amazing. However our product supports full right to left internationalization which means we flip the form and controls on its Y-Axis by making amendments to the VCL.
In principle the skins flipped but there were some inconsistancies which mean stop us moving forward. You can see a few of the issues on the attachments which I have added. The first attachment is with the AlphaControls skin and the second is without the skins.

Are there any plans to support Right-To-Left support?
