You must install latest version of the AlphaControls package, these constants are declared there.

It's depended from your control. You must research some demo-applications from this page : http://www.alphaskins.com/ademos.php
You can use PaintItem procedure for painting a control, there is example : http://www.alphaskins.com/sfiles/demos/paintitem.zip
