DPI Scaling DrawNonClientArea = False

    When TsSkinManager.Options.DrawNonClientArea is False, the form is not scaled properly.

    In the attachement, the only difference between the two screenshots is the property DrawNonClientArea.

    This has been tested on Delphi 7 with AlphaSkins 16.03

    This bug isn’t fixed in 16.10.

    Do you need help to reproduce it?

    Sorry for a delay, this issue will be solved in the next release (v16.11).
