I have problem with either save or open dialog .. Title is always blank ..

I need help to solve this .. I set Title in Object Inspector as well in coding but dialog box is always Title Blank

Top glyphs in your screenshot are strange and differs from glyphs on my Windows 7…

Can you make and show a demo application which I can run on my PC, please?
