crash delphi using UnitFrameShellCtrls

in the ASkinDemo when I select “example of components” – “shell controls” the application crash

if I try to open the unit “UnitFrameShellCtrls”, that crash delphi

I use Delphi 7, alpha controls 10.22

i'm using v 10.24 and this error is not fixed, so far.. why?
