CommonSections and PageControl (not work border mask )

I try use CommonSection to create another dark pagecontrol. Color work well but no bordermask.

1. Try use skin Fluent White
2. Copy Section PageControl into CommonSection:

[TEST_PAGE]
STATES = 1
BORDERSMASK = &0000000000030003000100010001000110001000000
COLOR = 16645629
GRADIENTDATA = N/A
GRADIENTPERCENT = 0

3. Select in PageControl -> SkinSection “TEST_PAGE”
4. Now you don`t see bordermask
5. It is the same with TabSheet, TabSkin
