the guy is using xp sp3 , there are 3 problems:

1) in maximize, the top border is not topmost, there is a gap between the top of the screen and the border of the application
2) the caption area is placed offside to the window
3) hovering the caption buttons make them appear offscreen

he is the only one to complain about it, im using xpsp3 as well with no problem so im not sure what is causing this.
using 6.37. the problem is with Opus skin and sapphire and maybe other skins when EFFECTS are ON. when setting it OFF, everything is working ok

Could you ask this man to enable a Windows themes and try a program again with enabled themes?

Maybe some specific soft was installed on this system? (like WindowBlinds or similar)

i asked him about windowblinds and he said no but i will get more specific with him and see
he is the only one who reported me about this problem so i guess it is something related to his computer
