Cannot skin TStaticText properly

The Third Party list could do with an extension of the number of replacement possibilities. Case in point: there is no proper way to skin the TStaticText control, because from the possible replacements to choose from, Label is missing

StaticText is not a graphiccontrol, it's a window with own handle. I'll try to add a support of this control soon.
