Cannot install on C++ Builder 2010

I got RAD Studio 2010 installed
I'm trying to install AlphaControls 6.44 full trial from the .bpk files inside CB2010 folder

when I open the .bpk files I get this msg:

I have no problems doing “Make”
but then, when I open the acntCB2010.bpk to install it I get this:
