attached is the picture I'm going to talk about:as you see in picture NO.1 in sFramBar & sPageControl component it doesn't support the RTL language. in part 1, the captions & icons should be in right side & their position should be replaced.

in part 2 the shading of sFaremBar Component should be from right to left (the right side should be dark and the left side should be light).

in part 3 the beginning of Tabs should be from Right to left.

PageControl can't be changed because this behaviour is inherited from standard control.
