    Is it normal that the version 16.xx is not available anymore for download?

    The control panel contains latest uploaded package version by default (v15.23).
    It will be changed soon and Beta version will be visible there.
    By the way, version 16.04 will be released on this week with many minor improvements and bugfixes.

    Both versions are available in the control panel now.
