AlphaImageList in delphi XE3 problem 2

i was ussing a old versin of alphacontrols 7.66 with delphi 2010 so recently i update my system to Delphi XE3 and i update the alpha controls to 8.17 so i'm having a error message in alphaimagelist. when i need edit or update the images (at design time) i receve a streem error.
