Just upgraded from version 13 and noticed this issue, and this did not happen on version 13. I haven’t seen this issue reference anywhere else, so to reproduce:

Using Delphi Berlin
1. Run with skinmanager.options.scalemode = sm100 and then adjust
the hueoffset. The titlebar buttons are the wrong color, but
the rest of the form looks ok.
2. Run with skinmanager.options.scalemode = sm125 and then adjust
the hueoffset. The new hue is not applied to some parts of
the form and controls.

– This also happens in the megademo executable.
– Brightness and Saturation seems to work when scaled.

Is this a bug or am I missing something?

I can confirm that this issue that occurred in 15.15 is fixed in 15.16. Thank you for the fix!
