AC's fading effects are very very slow

    Since the major change in v7 I believe, the fading effects are extremely slow. I'm not talking about the fading animation itself, but the delay between calling the AnimShowEffect and the beginning of the effect. It's also in the demo.

    I'm using v6.48, which is most stable version I've used, and there this effect is fast as it has to be. I'm not moving until this is fixed.

    Please describe your system configuration. What color scheme used? 32bpp?

    If anybody else experienced this problem – solution is in the skin. Don't use old skins with 7.X version.
