    Hi,

this will make me look stupid I think. I 'work' by myself since changing to Delphi from Visual Basic about 8 years ago. Since then the only things I have ever distributed are completed exe files. I would like in future to be able to upload small completed demos to the AlphaSkins forum to illustrate questions I have, but source code not .exe

Here's the thing…how do I upload the demo app? What files do I have to include so you guys can get it working on your computers with the minimum of fuss? Googled for a while trying different combinations of 'delphi what do i need to include to send a demo to someone' but just got a lot of irrelevant answers. But hey, I don't mind looking more stupid than I am so I'm asking here…once answered I'll know how to do it lol

Is it okay to zip them together (winzip, winrar)?

    Thanks

    Darren

Darren, are you serious? After 8 years of Delphi you should know which files to include so that others can compile an application. Just zip the files and attach them to your post here on the forum.

    HTH… 😉
