This message is posted at 12:07 PM.
But look at the time, WordPress thinks it’s posted. Two hours off.

Do you mean your timezone is not equal to timezone of the forum server?

I don’t know. You see that the message is 2 hours off. The server should take care of the time zone. Best by storing messages in universal GMT time and compensating when showing it.
I don’t know if you see the same thing. My message header says: “Februari 8, 2020 at 2:08 pm”. But in local time it was posted at 12:08 pm.

I have searched any options in the forum configuration and can’t find nothing which can help here.

Apparently, you have found something. Now the time is off one hour (the message time is one hour later than it actually was posted).
