TsMonthCalendar could do with some elements from tsDateEdit

    If for some reason you have to use TsMonthCalendar i.s.o. TsDateEdit you find both OnAcceptDate and DimUnacceptedCells missing. They would add a nice touch to TsMonthCalendar, because date selection is its main purpose. As it is now, I have to reinvent the wheel.
