Use the AlphaControls demo at the TFrame_Hints page.
Set Show Hints to checked and click the Templated radio button.
Open the template editor and try to change the font size by clicking the Change Font button. Now you can change the font name etc and you think you can change the font size. The sample in the font editor shows the right size, but the sample doesn't show the changed font size. Clicking OK confirms there is no change in font size in the hints.
This bug was introduced in AC version 13. So, it is not new in version 14.
